• 2005 Co Authored  78+ pg “Fear to Joy” Manual with Nancy Lyon  Dee gives this manual to those folks who have fearful or reactive type dogs SO they can take some the info in a manual and refer to it  when she sends them my follow up Plan . Dee has Colleagues who use this manual with their clients. Dee designs a front cover with their logo on it, and gives them a PDF file for a one- time fee so they can make use of the book for their own clients. For more info on this go to the manuals section
• Co-authored the 70 page training manual “How to Build a Happy, Eager & Fun Relationship with Your Dog” Dee (and co-author Nancy Lyon) donated the use of this manual to the Upper Valley Humane Society Shelter to be given to all adopting owners, as well as it’s use by the UVHS Training Center for all classes. We also donated the use of this manual to the ASPCA web site (at their request) and it is available to all shelter users and others. Dee has a number of Shelters who give this manual out with all dog / puppy adoptions. For Rescues or shelters there is no fee for this and Dee will put your info on the front of the manual.
• Participated in the Animal Shelter 2003 behavior questionnaire for an article in conjunction with the 5 top behaviorists working within US shelters - Donna Duford, Jean Donaldson, Janet Smith, Trish King, & Ian Dunbar
• Contributed to the ASPCA “101 Things To Do With Shelter Dogs”
• Co-authored “Feisty Fido- Helping Reactive Dogs” manual used in our UVHS Training Center classes & private consultations for aggressive/reactive dogs.
• Created and wrote “Teaching Self-Control Skills to Shelter Dogs” which is used as the UVHS manual for staff and volunteers on how they should manage and train shelter dogs in the kennels, while walking or in classes.
